We Mandels are fourth-generation hosts with a love for our home in the Swabian Alb. We take pleasure in entertaining guests. Feel at home with us and let us spoil you.

The chef cooks for us himself. Freshness and regionality are in the foreground. That is why we are also a member of the Biosphere hosts. As a founding member, we fully identify with the goals of the biosphere area.

Biosphere Host

As a biosphere host, sustainable management is a matter of course for us. That is why we source many of our products from producers and farms in the immediate vicinity.

The area around Mehrstetten invites you to go hiking and cycling. If there is enough snow, Mehrstetten has an extensive cross-country skiing network. There is a ski lift in the Böttental.
